• F: The iPhone is an Apple-certified refurbished unit available on Apple’s official website.
• N: Apple or any Apple Authorized Service Provider has provided you a replacement iPhone under warranty.
• P: This is an engraved device. Apple as an option allows you to engrave anything on the device you purchase via their online store.
