On Friday, Apple pushed out iOS 14.4.2 for all supported devices. Also, iPadOS 14.4.2 was released for supported iPad tablets along with WatchOS 7.3.3 for eligible models. The update again much like the previous update, brings in important security fixes and improvements related to the Safari browser’s engine, Webkit. On that note, we just received this update on our iPhone SE (2020), weighing in at 197.8 MB (similar to other devices).
All you have to do is, go to Settings > General > Software Update to check for and update your compatible devices. A detailed explanation straight from Apple is given below.

Available for: iPhone 6s and later, iPad Pro (all models), iPad Air 2 and later, iPad 5th generation and later, iPad mini 4 and later, and iPod touch (7th generation)
Impact: Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to universal cross site scripting. Apple is aware of a report that this issue may have been actively exploited.
Description: This issue was addressed by improved management of object lifetimes.

This security fix was also pushed out to older devices like the iPhone 5S and iPhone 6 that cannot run iOS 14, in the form of iOS 12.5.2. This one is really impressive on Apple’s part as they are still fixing security issues on devices that are over 7 years old!
