Joining the AirPods 3 and the Beats Studio Buds is a new Beats TWS from Apple. The new $200 Beats Fit Pro is a sportier true wireless earphone from the subsidiary of the Cupertino giant. Featuring a secure-fit wingtip design, the Beats buds are earbuds for fitness folks out there emphasizing a firm and secure seat in the ears.
The earbuds feature pressure vents to relieve the pressure of the wearer during intense workout and fitness sessions. Three ear tips sizes come included in the retail box. Also, a Fit Test setup is available in the Beats App for both iOS and Android users to ensure a comfortable wearing experience.

We are however not so happy about the IPX4 water and sweat-resist rating the Beats Fit Pro carries with it. Because less expensive, non-fitness-focused earbuds nowadays come with IP55 water and dust resistance capabilities.
As for sound, a dual-diaphragm driver is employed here to enable distinct stereo audio quality throughout. ANC is also present here along with Spatial Audio like on the AirPods. A dual-beam-forming microphone helps cut out background and wind noise to ensure a clearer call experience.

The Apple H1 chip takes care of all the show here. Instant one-touch pair to all devices in the Apple ecosystem. Automatic Switching ensures a smooth and effortless re-routing of the audio to the connected source.
As far as battery life is concerned, with ANC fired up, expect the earbuds to give you 6 hours of playback time. The charging case extends the endurance by 18 hours for combined stamina of 24 hours in total. Switching the ANC feature off brings in an extra hour that is 7 hours of usage time.

Charging the earbuds in its charging case for just 5 minutes brings in 1 hour of listening time, thanks to Fast Fuel charging. With that said, a USB-C port is onboard as opposed to Lightning port on AirPods 3. Before you even ask, no, MagSafe charging didn’t make it to the Beats lineup yet.
The Beats Fit Pro is now up for order for $200 with deliveries starting November 5.
